Formación

• BD, partnership, affiliate, or sales experience in brokerage, CFD, trading, fintech, or crypto.
• Understanding of multi-asset trading products like CFDs and ETFs.
• Strong network and track record in business growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage partnerships with affiliates, KOLs, brokers, and trading communities
• Drive user acquisition, deposits, trading activity, and revenue growth
• Expand regional markets and identify new growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the growth of multi-asset trading products and initiatives

Requirements

• BD, partnership, affiliate, or sales experience in brokerage, CFD, trading, fintech, or crypto industries
• Understanding of CFDs, ETFs, indices, commodities, or other multi-asset trading products
• Strong partner network and proven track record of driving business growth
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in English and Spanish languages is essential

Preferred

• Experience at a brokerage, CFD broker, trading platform, fintech company, or crypto exchange.
• Familiarity with traditional financial markets and trading ecosystems
• Additional local language skills are a plus
