Job summary

BingX, a leading crypto exchange, seeks a regional CFD business development leader in Mexico to drive growth by executing local sales strategies and expanding the IB/partner network.

You will collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams to tailor market approaches, monitor dynamics, and push deposits, trading volume, and revenue while maintaining strong client relationships with local brokers and professional clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CFD, Forex, or multi-asset brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of CFD products and client acquisition logic.
• Strong local market experience in the assigned country/region.
• Proven track record acquiring and managing IBs and professional clients.
• Native-level proficiency in the local language; English for HQ and cross-regional communication.

• Lead CFD business development in the assigned country/region by executing local sales strategies to drive growth and hit sales targets.
• Identify, acquire, and develop local IBs, Master IBs, agents, and strategic partners; activate their networks to drive client acquisition, funded trading, and long-term high-value partnerships.
• Provide localised business recommendations based on market conditions, client behavior, and competitive landscape, in close collaboration with HQ and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor local market dynamics and industry trends to inform regional strategy and incentive mechanisms.
• Drive Net Deposit, Trading Volume, Revenue, and client retention against KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead CFD business development in the assigned country/region by executing local sales strategies to drive growth and hit sales targets.
• Identify, acquire, and develop local IBs, Master IBs, agents, and strategic partners; activate their networks to drive client acquisition, funded trading, and long-term high-value partnerships.
• Provide localised business recommendations based on market conditions, client behavior, and competitive landscape, in close collaboration with HQ and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor local market dynamics and industry trends to inform regional strategy and incentive mechanisms.
• Drive Net Deposit, Trading Volume, Revenue, and client retention against KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CFD, Forex, or multi-asset brokerage, with strong understanding of the Broker–LP–IB–Client business model.
• Solid knowledge of CFD products and client acquisition logic (Forex, metals, indices, commodities, crypto CFD, etc.).
• Strong local market experience in the assigned country/region, with established understanding of local clients, channels, and the IB/partnership ecosystem.
• Proven track record acquiring and managing IBs and professional clients; strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Native-level proficiency in the local language, with English as a working language for HQ and cross-regional communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Established local IB, agent, partner, or trading community resources
• Familiarity with the local CFD/Forex competitive landscape, channel ecosystem, and incentive mechanisms
• Background at Tier-1/Tier-2 CFD or forex brokers; experience with Copy Trading, PAMM, MAM, or EA products
