Pluxee Mexico seeks a Director of Transformation & Strategy to drive the company’s strategic priorities and lead complex transformation initiatives across the organization.

Reporting to the CEO, this role partners with executives across Finance, Sales, Operations, CX, HR, IT, Legal, Product, and regional stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes, including post-acquisition activities and operating model alignment.

Formación

• University degree is mandatory.
• Master’s degree and PM certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
• 8-10 years of experience in senior leadership positions with complex transformations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
• Translate objectives into pragmatic roadmaps, governance, milestones, KPIs, and outcomes.
• Lead post-acquisition integration, carve-outs, and operating model alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across multiple functions and regions.
• Prepare executive materials and maintain alignment and momentum.
