Palmstreet is seeking a full-time Category Account Manager contractor based in Mexico to elevate seller success and streamline category operations. You will support emerging sellers and grow off-platform businesses, building scalable growth frameworks and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires professional-level English, 3+ years in account/category management, and a strong customer-obsessed mindset. Compensation is hourly USD 8–10 with a Monday–Friday ET window, 12PM–8PM.

Formación

• Professional-level English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• 3+ years in a high-touch Account Manager or Category Manager role with a track record of success.
• Experience in startups, marketplaces, or high-growth environments is a plus.
• Reliable device, internet, and ability to work remotely.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with focus on seller relationships and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Support emerging sellers and identify those with high growth potential by analyzing sales data.
• Grow sellers with off-platform businesses and help them scale on Palmstreet.
• Nurture top performers by monitoring data, providing strategy sessions, and incentives.
• Develop scalable growth frameworks including seller touchpoints and outreach.
• Execute category operations with cross-functional teams and manage seller needs.
• Monitor seller performance and pipeline health; escalate insights as needed.
