Colonial Group in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Carrier Sales Representative to grow a portfolio of top accounts in our carrier network with proactive prospecting and sales strategies. You will negotiate rates, secure reliable capacity, and ensure cost-effective, timely freight execution while upholding first-class service.

You will deepen relationships across carrier portfolios, stay informed on industry developments, track shipments in accordance with policy, and support customers from tendering

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
• Capacity to develop internal and external relationships at all levels
• Proficient in office software and CRM basics

Responsibilities

• Develop carrier portfolios through prospecting and sales strategies.
• Negotiate rates with carriers to maximize profits.
• Maintain carrier relationships and monitor performance.
• Track shipments per company policy and standards.
• Resolve routine customer questions and escalations related to load execution.
