Citigroup in Mexico is seeking an entry-level Teller to support branch operations and deliver client-facing services. You will assist with daily transactions, manage cash deposits and vault cash, and help drive branch revenue by identifying referral opportunities.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, adherence to policies, risk awareness, and teamwork. High school diploma required; previous money-handling and sales experience preferred; bilingual not required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly and efficient service.
• Perform banking transactions including deposits, cash management, and maintaining branch vault cash.
• Identify opportunities to refer customers to Citi products and services.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service options offered by Citi.
• Adhere to bank policies, controls, and regulatory procedures to safeguard assets.
• Address client needs and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and available products and services.
• Support a positive client experience and meet performance metrics.
