Sandoz International GmbH in Mexico City seeks a seasoned Central America and Caribbean Head to drive multi-market growth and profitability. You will own P&L, shape distributor partnerships, and lead strategic execution across 25+ markets with a team of 150+ associates and partners.

Focus on portfolio differentiation, market access, and governance, while building leadership capability and sustaining an ethics-driven culture in a complex regional network.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the CAC and Distribution Markets with end-to-end P&L accountability.
• Set clear financial and operational commitments across owned and distributor-led markets; drive performance.
• Negotiate portfolio terms, launches, investments and service levels to create sustainable value for both Sandoz and distributors.
• Establish disciplined joint business planning and performance reviews with data-driven gaps and opportunities.
• Shape a compelling portfolio proposition for priority markets and drive market access initiatives.
• Build senior-level distributor relationships and ensure governance and accountability across the network.
