Flex in Guadalajara North seeks a Business Excellence Lead (Metrology) to drive continuous improvement across metrology processes and quality systems. You will lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives, analyze measurement systems, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing teams to raise standards.

The ideal candidate combines metrology expertise with data-driven decision making and teaching capability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement in roles related to Metrology.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Experience with metrology analysis, statistical process control and quality systems.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Intermediate English.
