If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job Summary**General Purpose:** Responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment.**Principle Accountabilities:*** Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing.* Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, and record test data.* Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues.* Evaluates and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel.* May develops or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software.* Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem solving techniques.* Resolves test yield problems by performing evaluation of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.* Perform and support equipment verification and integration in production.* Create and maintain process documentation.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.* Experience in test development and validation for electronic products and systems.* Strong knowledge of PLCs, controllers, interfaces, cabling, and system integration, including interaction through automated test sequences.* Hands-on experience with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, frequency counters, DAQ systems, and programmable power supplies.* Experience developing and interacting with automated test software and test sequences.* Programming/software development experience for test applications and automation.* Experience in the design and development of test fixtures for manufacturing and validation environments.**What you will receive for the excellent work you deliver:*** Competitive salary* Life and medical insurance* Christmas bonus* Food vouchers* Savings fundJM54## ## Job CategoryDesign, Process & Technology EngineeringRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
