Qualifications

• A minimum of 4–5 years of business experience in Auto Care, FMCG, or activation-focused roles.
• Experience leading activation plans across digital, retail, shopper marketing, and e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of modern trade and traditional trade channels.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority.
• Experience measuring activation ROI and applying Nielsen data.
• Budget management experience.
• Experience managing media agencies and collaborating with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop annual marketing cycle plans and manage budgets.
• Coordinate promotions, pricing, and packaging based on market insights.
• Lead activation activities across business categories and ensure ABP alignment.
• Monitor competitive activities and optimize promotions and visibility.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to plan merchandising and in-store requirements.
• Lead post-implementation evaluations to improve activation effectiveness.
