Integral Group Solution is seeking a proactive Call Center Trainer to train, develop, and elevate agent performance, ensuring seamless onboarding, retention, and quality within the operation at our Mexico City campus.

The role will train new hires and existing teams, provide on-the-floor coaching, monitor calls, design improvement plans, and prepare performance reports while collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive consistent results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 2+ years of call center training experience.
• B2 English proficiency (conversational).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience preparing reports and tracking performance indicators.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical training to new hires and existing teams.
• Provide on-the-floor coaching to agents.
• Monitor calls and identify performance improvements.
