Infosys in Mexico City is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of complex, high-impact programs that advance eCommerce products and platform strategy. As a Lead TPM, you will act as a single-threaded owner for large initiatives, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and senior leadership to translate strategy into execution.

• 8+ years in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical PM.

• Ability to read and reason about code and architecture (hands-on coding not required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Description

We are seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of complex, high-impact programs that advance eCommerce products and platform strategy.

As a Lead TPM, you will operate as a single-threaded owner for large initiatives, managing multiple projects and programs end to end. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and senior leadership to translate strategy into execution, balance business priorities with technical constraints, and deliver outcomes with quality, predictability, and scale.

Qualifications

Required

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, system architecture, or technical product/program management.
• Technical Background - Java or .NET application development experience preferred
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade technical programs from concept through launch.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, including distributed systems, APIs, data stores, and cloud services.
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to read and reason about code and architecture (hands‑on coding not required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Domain experience in eCommerce, payments, fintech, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD, microservices, NoSQL databases, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience driving operational excellence, including metrics, monitoring, and post-launch optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and operate with strong ownership.
