Formación

• At least 4+ years in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Process Analysis or similar roles.
• Strong experience documenting and mapping business processes using Microsoft Visio.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (minimum); Green Belt is a strong plus.
• Analytical, planning and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Sr. Process Analyst

How the day will look like

As a Sr. Process Analyst in the Global Business Process Management team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand how work is done today, document it clearly, and help design more efficient, controlled and scalable processes for the future.

You will:

• Conduct structured interviews and workshops with business teams to capture current-state process information, requirements and pain points.
• Design, document and visualize business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation and process-mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio or equivalent BPM software).
• Facilitate process review sessions with stakeholders to validate flows, identify gaps, clarify decision points and incorporate feedback for refinement.
• Play a key role in documenting processes during transitions or migrations, ensuring information is accurate, complete and version-controlled as processes evolve.
• Collaborate with Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and other process improvement experts to define optimized future-state process maps and identify quick wins and improvement opportunities.
• Interpret process performance metrics and use them to support improvement initiatives and monitor the impact of process changes.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation libraries and standards, ensuring consistent structure, naming conventions and accessibility for global users.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Experience:

  • At least 4+ years in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Process Analysis or similar roles, ideally in the ITES or BPM industry.

• Process mapping & documentation:

  • Strong experience documenting and mapping business processes using Microsoft Visio or other recognized BPM tools.
  • Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 process modeling notation.

• Continuous improvement & Lean Six Sigma:

  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (minimum); Green Belt is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to process improvement projects under Black Belts or continuous improvement experts.

• Analytical & planning skills:

  • Ability to interpret and use process performance metrics to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Good planning, organizational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Communication & stakeholder management:

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder‑management abilities; comfortable facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and aligning multiple stakeholders.

• Tools & technology:

  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite and process documentation tools; awareness of process automation concepts and best practices is a plus.
