Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
2+ years of BPM, continuous improvement, or process analysis experience.
Knowledge of process mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or related frameworks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English proficiency and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support transformation initiatives.
Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, and performance metrics to ensure operational consistency and continuous improvement.
Monitor key process indicators and provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
