Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a BPM Analyst to drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve processes and support digital transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to optimize workflows, standardize processes, and create sustainable business solutions that contribute to growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BPM, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Process Analysis.
• Knowledge of process mapping methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and experience in cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support transformation initiatives.
• Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, and performance metrics to ensure operational consistency and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key process indicators and provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
