Formación

• University or master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in automation tool development.
• Highly skilled in Power BI and SQL query creation.
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, Python.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish; ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with leadership to develop project plans and value propositions.
• Lead project scope, budget, timeline, risk assessment and change management.
• Develop technical solutions for functional business process leaders’ automation needs.
• Escalate issues to ensure timely resolution and contingency planning.
• Present updates during monthly status reviews and track performance metrics.
