Caliente in Tijuana seeks an autonomous BizOps professional to translate strategic growth initiatives into scalable operational realities within our digital gaming platform. You will manage vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and align internal teams with external partners to drive growth and efficiency.

Formación

• 5+ years in vendor management, contract negotiations, or BizOps in fast-paced tech/digital environments.
• Proven track record negotiating commercial terms, SLAs, and pricing with third-party vendors.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and able to lead global vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to drive multi-stakeholder initiatives and meet project timelines.
• Strong business sense, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end vendor negotiations and manage renewals/renegotiations with strategic partners.
• Serve as operational liaison for key B2B partners, tech providers, and external service providers.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to remove bottlenecks and accelerate time-to-market.
• Monitor post-launch performance and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization.
