Caliente in Tijuana is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR to coordinate postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, and English proficiency, with 1–2 years in acquisition or HR-related roles, and familiarity with ATS platforms like BambooHR or Workday.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 1–2 years of Talent Acquisition or HR recruiting experience.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
• Experience with ATS like BambooHR, Workday, or Greenhouse preferred.
• Proficient in Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruitment from posting to onboarding.
• Post and maintain job openings on LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate data and reports in BambooHR.
• Collect and organize candidate documents.
• Assist with offers and required documentation.
• Maintain timely candidate communication.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding with HR/IT.
• Prepare basic recruitment reports and track metrics.
• Support recruitment projects and process improvements.
