FedEx Group is seeking an administrative Billing/Accounts Receivable professional in Toluca. The role focuses on data entry, billing accuracy, and coordinating despatch activities, with emphasis on customer service and invoice processing.

The ideal candidate has experience in billing, strong English communication, and proficient use of spreadsheets and word processing. Office-based role with standard hours.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college coursework in Accounting/Business preferred.
• Two years of college in Accounting or Business is preferred.
• Experience in Billing or Accounts Receivable is required.

Responsabilidades

• Researches, resolves and answers customer inquiries on service failures and billing problems.
• Issues credits/debits to customer accounts as warranted.
• Maintains records of invoice registers, duties and taxes, airway bills and customer files.
• Verifies accuracy of customer invoices and mails them out.
• Generates daily billing reports and reimbursement reports for internal use.
