Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a seasoned Accounts Receivable leader to supervise and develop the Billing and Cash Application teams. You will drive accurate posting of customer payments, manage the AR subledger, and ensure timely invoicing in the ERP system.

You will collaborate across Finance and Operations to optimize cash flow and compliance with SOX controls. The role requires 5+ years in AR/billing, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and proficiency with Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Application, or related financial operations experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar business applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coaches, develops, and evaluates AR team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Manages daily team workload, priorities, performance metrics, and service levels for timely AR processing.
• Ensures timely posting and application of customer payments (ACH, wire, lockbox, checks, and cards).
• Oversees monitoring and resolution of unapplied cash, payment discrepancies, and reconciliations.
• Generates, validates, and distributes customer invoices within the ERP system.
• Supports month-, quarter-, and year-end AR closing activities and subledger reconciliations.
• Develops SOPs to ensure AR processes are accurate and compliant.
• Identifies opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance cash flow.
