Job summary

Oferta confidencial seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable leader to oversee day-to-day AR operations, collections, and cash application. You will supervise a small team, ensure accurate subledger postings, and drive timely cash collection while managing aging and dispute resolution.

You will produce weekly and monthly AR reports, coordinate with Sales and senior management, and implement improvements to internal controls and processes. Strong Excel, ERP, and Shopify experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field; significant AR experience accepted in lieu.
• 5+ years in AR/credit/collections with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and reconciliation skills.
• Experience with Shopify and ERP systems; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day AR portfolio and ensure subledger accuracy.
• Review AR activity for collection issues and posting errors.
• Monitor aging and assign owners with next actions.
• Supervise collections staff and cash posting team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports and aging summaries.
• Coordinate with Accounting on corrections and reconciliations.
