You will manage payroll disbursements and collaborate with HR on compensation data integrity, while ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

The role requires 7+ years in AP/Finance, a bachelor's degree, and experience with Oracle within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in AP, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of AP experience in a global, multinational, publicly traded company.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accounts payable activities and ensure compliance with policies and controls.
• Lead regional AP close with GL team and support audits.
• Coordinate payroll processing and related disbursements.
• Collaborate with HR on compensation data integrity and reporting.
• Develop staff and report monthly KPIs and SLAs for invoice processing and payments.
