Landing is seeking a Member Support Analyst in Mexico City to respond to emails, calls, and chats, ensuring fast, accurate answers and a superior member experience. You will manage ticketing, coordinate moves, and follow up on issues with hosts and properties.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service, strong English skills, and comfort working on-site in Polanco. The role offers a competitive MXN package and a comprehensive benefits mix.

Formación

• 1+ year of proven customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1).
• Ability to work from our Polanco office.
• Flexible schedule: 6:00 AM–10:00 PM, 40 hrs/5 days, weekends required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all Landing members.
• Record all member interactions with clear, concise notes in response to each request.
• Coordinate member move-ins and move-outs at Landing homes.
• Own the resolution of home issues, including diligent follow-up between members, hosts, and properties.
• Create and assign the appropriate tickets to ensure proper follow-up and exceptional member experience.
• Find solutions to meet member needs and retain long-term relationships.
• Communicate and reinforce the value and benefits of Landing's products and services.
• Provide expert property knowledge to guide members throughout their Landing journey.
