Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles.
• Basic understanding of hardware/software configuration.
• Ability to manage multiple support tasks.
• Willingness to learn GPS tracking and telematics systems.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Register and distribute tickets; solve simple and less complex cases.
• Assist customers with basic installation, configuration, and usage questions.
• Configure tracking devices and software platform based on clear instructions.
• Escalate complex technical incidents to senior colleagues or other departments.
• Support mass communication to clients during incidents or service updates.
