Qualifications

• Fluent to conversational English to communicate with English-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via video, phone, and chat to request information and provide professional support.
• Review financial information and supporting documents to assist with tax preparation.
• Organize and verify financial records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
