Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years accounting experience; internships welcome.
• Fluent in conversational English with ability to communicate with English-speaking customers; live call assessment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to learn U.S. tax preparation procedures and use specialized software.
• Exposure to financial reporting and month-end closing processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via video, phone, and chat to request information and clarify questions.
• Review and organize financial information and supporting documents.
• Assist with preparing and reviewing individual tax returns.
• Identify missing information and discrepancies, following up as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and use spreadsheets and specialized software.
