Qualifikationen

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, tax support, financial administration, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Fluent to conversational English, with the ability to communicate with English-speaking customers.
• Proficiency will be evaluated through a live call assessment.
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Aufgaben

• Communicate through video, phone, and chat with customers to request information, clarify questions, and provide professional support.
• Review financial information and supporting documentation to assist with tax preparation.
• Organize and verify financial records to ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Assist with preparing tax documentation and processing individual tax returns according to established procedures.
• Use accounting and tax software to review information, manage documentation, and complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures to meet quality and productivity expectations.
