Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, tax support, financial administration, or a similar role.
• Fluent to conversational English, with the ability to communicate with English-speaking customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to learn U.S. tax procedures and software.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and organized abilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via video, phone, and chat to request information, clarify questions, and provide professional support.
• Review financial information and supporting documentation to assist with tax preparation.
• Organize and verify financial records to ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Assist with preparing tax documentation and processing individual tax returns according to established procedures.
• Use accounting and tax software to review information, manage documentation, and complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures to meet quality and productivity expectations.
