Job summary

Call-Center-Services-International is seeking accounting professionals to support tax preparation activities and assist customers with tax-related needs. The role emphasizes bilingual English–Spanish proficiency and offers opportunities to develop practical accounting experience in U.S. tax processes.

You will review financial information, prepare and review individual tax returns, and maintain accurate records using Excel and other software. A degree in accounting or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (in progress ok).
• 6 months to 2 years of accounting experience; internships welcome.
• Fluent English with ability to communicate with English-speaking customers; live call assessment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via video, phone, and chat to request information.
• Review and organize financial information and supporting documents.
• Assist with preparing and reviewing individual tax returns.
• Identify missing information and discrepancies and follow up as needed.
• Maintain records and use spreadsheets and specialized software.
