Job summary

Call-Center-Services-International is seeking accounting professionals to support US tax preparation activities and assist customers with tax-related needs. This role is ideal for candidates with an accounting background, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in developing knowledge of U.S.

taxation. You will review financial information, assist with preparing and reviewing individual tax returns, and work with specialized software to support tax processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, completed or in progress.
• 6 months to 2 years of accounting experience; internships and recent graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in conversational English, with the ability to communicate with English-speaking customers. Proficiency will be evaluated through a live call assessment.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to learn U.S. tax preparation procedures and work with specialized software.

Responsibilities
