Argano is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead client engagements for Sales Performance Management solutions. You will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from pre-sales through implementation and transition to support, across LATAM markets with occasional travel to the United States.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required. You will collaborate with executives, product owners, and consulting teams to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery while maintaining high quality and stakeholder

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience is required.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• MBA is preferred.
• Travel to the United States and LATAM is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Lead client engagements and ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project governance, change control, and risk.
• Prepare regular project status updates for clients and senior leadership.
• Guide project initiation through closure and transition to support.
