Argano is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead client engagements across LATAM, delivering Sales Performance Management solutions from pre-sales proposals through SDLC, implementation, and post-implementation support.

This role requires professional fluency in Spanish and English, with travel to the United States and LATAM. You will engage with executives, product owners, and consulting teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, budgets, and risk management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead client engagements and maintain relationships with executives and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets with forecasting, reconciliation of actuals, and change orders.
• Provide regular status updates to governance committees and clients.
