Job summary

Bluetab, an IBM Company, is seeking a bilingual IT Project Manager (English/Spanish) to guide high-impact technology projects from planning through delivery in Mexico City. You will plan scope, schedules, budgets, and risk management while leading diverse teams and maintaining clear communication with technical and executive stakeholders across borders.

The role requires 4–6+ years of end-to-end project management experience and proficiency with PM tools and frameworks; PMP/PRINCE2

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (C1/C2) with strong written and verbal communication for executive documentation and meetings.
• 4+ years of end-to-end technology project management and cross-functional team leadership.
• Strong command of PMI/PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or Asana.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and adaptability under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define, structure, and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources for end-to-end delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams including software developers, QA, architects, and infrastructure staff.
• Establish clear communication with stakeholders, manage scope changes, and provide executive status reports.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and governance requirements to ensure milestones.
• Apply appropriate PM frameworks (Agile/Scrum, PMI/PMBOK, PRINCE2) to project needs.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and KPI-based reporting for technical and business audiences.
