ResortCom International is seeking a bilingual Services Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls from members, addressing welcome calls, financial needs, and service requests. You will resolve issues, provide solutions, and maintain product knowledge to ensure a world-class experience.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proper phone etiquette and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding customer service and customer focus.
• Data entry experience and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from members and provide world-class service.
• Assist members with financial obligations and service requests.
• Research, identify solutions, and resolve customer issues.
• Educate members on services offered and payment deadlines.
• Maintain knowledge of resorts, policies, and procedures.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly service level goals.
