Job summary

ResortCom International in Mexico seeks a Reservation Agent to handle inbound/outbound calls, assist members with bookings and payments, and provide world-class service across multiple resorts. The role emphasizes upselling, problem solving, and accurate data entry in a fast-paced environment.

You will work up to 40 hours per week, with potential weekend shifts. Fluency in Italian, English, and Spanish is required, along with a high school diploma and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Trilingual (Italian - English – Spanish)
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a high sales environment
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for reservations and related services
• Provide world-class service and follow ResortCom Call Quality model
• Resolve customer issues with proper research and ownership
• Educate members on amenities, activities and services at each resort
• Maintain knowledge of resorts, policies, products and services
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
• Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Attend compliance and required training
• Perform additional duties as assigned
