Nissan CDMX is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to manage the design, delivery, and evaluation of technical training for our dealer network. You will lead projects, coordinate budgets, and ensure hands-on instruction aligns with KPIs and product knowledge.

Fluency in English and automotive expertise are required. The role involves hybrid work in CDMX, about 30% travel, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance training effectiveness and learner outcomes.

Formación

• Proven experience in designing, delivering, and managing training programs.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with a proactive mindset.
• Solid technical automotive knowledge (engines, transmissions, diagnostics, ADAS, etc.) and ability to deliver hands-on training.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• +3 years of experience in an OEM automotive environment, with availability to travel ~30% and relevant engineering degree.

Responsabilidades

• Project management of training processes for dealer network implementation.
• Communicate and support training areas of dealers.
• Handle budget control, procurement, and supplier management for training projects.
• Develop and follow up training plans according to roles and KPIs.
• Measure staff turnover and training impact across dealer technicians.
• Plan and execute training programs as a technical instructor.
• Customize training programs for different audiences, products, and environments.
