Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Pre-screen applicants to assess experience and fit.
• Evaluate candidates against job requirements and screening criteria.
• Document interview notes and provide clear, objective feedback to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and interview records in the recruitment system.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
