Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Business/psychology or related field.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in manufacturing.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow structured processes.
• Attention to detail and professional judgment.
• Willingness to work 100% on-site in Piedras Negras, Coahuila.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent availability, candidate selection, and hiring decisions.
• Identify and engage qualified talent through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Manage recruitment activities for a variety of roles, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
• Facilitate effective communication between candidates, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders throughout the selection process.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, professional experience, and alignment with organizational expectations.
• Monitor recruitment progress, identify potential challenges, and recommend practical solutions.
• Maintain consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with established recruitment practices.
• Contribute to improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and overall hiring effectiveness.
