Halaxia is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring at our manufacturing site in Tijuana. You will be the first point of contact for candidates arriving for face-to-face interviews and will help manage 60–70 applicants through the hiring process.

The role requires English/Spanish bilingualism, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with ATS tools. This on-site position offers a fast-paced environment and opportunities to contribute to

Formación

Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
Experience in high-volume recruitment or staffing coordination.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

Welcome and register all incoming candidates onsite.
Oversee the completion of new-hire documentation.
Schedule and coordinate medical exams and background checks.
Track candidate progress in collaboration with Recruiters, HR, and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and daily reports.
Provide excellent service and support to applicants during the hiring process.
