Resolv Global is hiring an experienced bilingual recruiter for a fully remote role. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple accounts in Mexico and beyond, sourcing and evaluating candidates in English and Spanish, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

We seek a dependable, team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds talent pipelines, and delivers exceptional candidate experiences while meeting hiring goals.

Formación

• Experience with full-cycle recruitment in a BPO/Mexico market.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience recruiting for customer service, sales, technical support, healthcare, or BPO roles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple accounts and industries.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
