AutoZone de México is hiring a Second Level Support Specialist for store systems. You will handle phone resolutions, troubleshoot devices, and assist with on-site technicians when needed in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in technical or customer support, and fluency in English and Spanish. Linux, MS Office, and MySQL skills are a plus; Portuguese is desirable. This is a full-time on-site role based in Chihuahua, Mexico.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational courses acceptable.
• Area of study in Information Technologies / Computer Science.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Contact/Technical Support or Customer Service.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provides second level support for store system issues and phone resolution.
• Troubleshoots devices, configures systems, and verifies operation status.
• Follows escalation procedures and documents all activities in tickets.
• Delivers fast, high-quality service through collaboration with other support groups.
