Konnectcx in Mexico is seeking a Patient Care Scheduling Specialist to manage high-volume scheduling for diagnostic imaging in a hybrid work environment. You will coordinate with clinicians and patients to ensure timely appointments and a seamless patient experience.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, HIPAA awareness, and a proactive approach to process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with patients.
• Experience in a high-volume scheduling or healthcare-focused role.
• Outgoing and empathetic personality for a welcoming patient experience.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule 30-40 patients per day for diagnostic imaging using scheduling software.
• Respond to emails and handle administrative tasks.
