Resolv Global is hiring Bilingual Patient Services Representatives for a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will support patients and providers with appointments, follow-ups, and general nonclinical inquiries with professionalism and care.

Ideal candidates have healthcare or scheduling experience, strong English/Spanish skills, and data-entry accuracy. This independent contractor position offers 40 hours per week at $5.50 USD per hour, with company equipment provided and a quiet home office

Formación

• Fluent/professional English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound patient calls, messages, appointment requests, callbacks, and general nonclinical inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments according to provider/workflow requirements.
• Make outbound calls for appointment follow-ups and outreach campaigns.
• Follow approved scripts for result-call workflows and route clinical questions to licensed staff.
• Support insurance verification and prior-authorization workflows.
• Conduct Medicare, MIPS, HEDIS outreach activities.
• Document calls and outcomes in the appropriate systems.
• Communicate patient needs and scheduling challenges to staff.
• Maintain attendance, productivity, and patient-experience standards.
