Enovis Corporation seeks a capable customer service professional to manage patient payments and follow-ups, while coordinating with sales reps on returns. The role includes online chat assistance in Spanish and handling PHI securely under HIPAA guidelines.

You will work within established compliance policies and healthcare regulations, providing timely and accurate information to patients and insurers.

Formación

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with medical insurance is preferred.
• Attention to detail for information retrieval.
• A sense of urgency.
• Computer skills in using Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls from patients for payments or insurance-related assistance.
• Follow up on patient call reports about product returns and coordinate with Sales Representatives.
• Assist in online chat to collect payments from patients or provide Spanish-language support.
• Maintain HIPAA-protected patient information confidentially per company and government guidelines.
• Adhere to internal corporate compliance guidelines and healthcare regulations.
