Qualifications

• Professional degree required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish level III as per Brady standards.
• Service minded with ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of customer service, logistics and economy preferred.
• Good computer skills and strong problem solving ability.
• Experience in high-volume customer service or call center.

Responsibilities

• Perform order processing duties and review incoming orders for completeness.
• Sort faxes by sales area to maintain smooth workflow throughout the day.
• Review orders for contract, price assurance and quotes as they are received.
• Process clarifications and upsell opportunities per procedure.
• Enter orders according to departmental standards and procedures.
• Forward customer orders per procedure and ensure timely handling.
• File sales orders by area or number daily.
• Provide switchboard coverage as needed.
