Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative environment.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with navigating Uline's website and online ordering.
