Uline is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Monterrey, Mexico, team. This on-site role focuses on handling customer orders and inquiries with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience to customers.

Responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, guiding users through the online ordering process, and becoming a product and shipping expert to resolve questions quickly. On-site shifts are available.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
• Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
• Become a product and solutions expert and answer questions on product, pricing and shipping quickly.
