Uline in Mexicali, BC, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle orders and inquiries, and to assist customers via phone, email and chat. You will guide customers through online ordering and become a product and solutions expert for pricing and shipping questions.

Requirements include a bilingual English/Spanish speaker with a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) and willingness to work on-site across multiple shifts.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; we’ll train you to provide legendary service.
• On-site role with multiple on-site shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
• Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
• Become a product and solutions expert; we’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
