Uline Mexicali is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle order details and deliver an exceptional customer experience. On-site shifts available at the Mexicali, B.C. location. Training, career growth, and a stable, growing company are provided.

Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating via phone/email/chat, guiding customers through the website, and becoming a product expert for pricing and shipping questions.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish, fluent in speaking and writing.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
• Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
• Become a product and solutions expert.
