A premier service provider in Ensenada is seeking candidates for a full-time, on-site position. Ideal applicants will have proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing skills of 35+ WPM. Strong customer service experience and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are essential. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, weekly payment, and various benefits including additional time off, grocery vouchers, and professional training programs. Formación

• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (B2 or higher).
• Experience in medical accounts is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
